The room on the -1 level was spotlessly clean and silent, making us feel at home. the service was good during our stay. the hotel's location was great and stunning, being next to Disneyland Paris, a railway station, and La Defense. It was also conveniently close to the train line.

The location couldn't be more convenient and handy close to rail station. We booked brand-new double room in the -1 level and could use wake-up service, available in it.

very nice experience there. everything was beautiful, pleasant staff, perfect location not far from food store, shopping mall, and the metro into central paris. compact and soundproof room and clean bathroom with a shower, a hair dryer, and fresh towels. a great selection of delicious food at breakfast time.

The hotel's location is fantastic, near l'Arche de la Défense, with many affordable restaurants, convenient food stores, and the Temps shopping mall nearby. the staff were all extremely friendly and attentive, providing excellent service. the room on the -1 level was quiet and clean.

i loved the place because it is so quite in a quite side of france, and it fits my personality since i love quite places and hate crowded ones, safe place, staff working there are so nice and welcoming, even people who accommedate there are special people and seems so nice, from differet nationalities and high class people, no problems and i recommend this hotel for people who plan to go to paris,

the only thing that i didn't like, that the maid knocks the door at 12 morning to check if someone inside to clean the room or to try to open the door with thier own key, there is a buttom in the door you can press so maid cant be able to open and whe she put the key a small red lamp will appear but eventhough the noise make me wake up, in my point of view procedures shall be made between the reciptionist and maid because we have to deliever the key before to leave the hotel so the reciptionist know very well who are out of thier rooms or ne or he can give the instruction maid to know which rooms available to be cleaned, another thing, maids in the morning talking in the corridore which annoy me while i am trying to slee

Comfy bed & GOOD breakfast. In front of the airport, 16 miles. The hotel seems like a fabulous base for business stay. Within walking distance Chez Lau, where you can have lunch.

one of the female stuffs of this hotel is very rude. She ate her words and was not reliable at all.But the location of this hotel is pretty good. Very near the train station.

The fact that it was a 2 - 3 minute walk from the station which took only 5 minutes into Paris. The people were friendly and very helpful too. In the area there were lots of shops and places to eat and on the next stop on the train at la Defense there is a cinema and it show vo films so everything pretty much easy to get to.

I thought the the room was very clean and was a very nice room the only thing I thought was that it could have doner with a towel rack, somewhere to hang your towel when you had a shower and a soap dish in the shower or somewhere to put your soap or shower gel other then that we were completely satisfied.

this room is a very nice room, not big but but it is nice if you stay short vocation, the room is very clean, was a nice view, its close to the train station, the bus station, and the la defense", all of the employees speak English which is very important if you dont talk French, i love the room colors, I recommend this hotel for people who come spend short and medium holidays
